Wood Instincts began in a small workshop in Chennai with a simple idea: build every home as carefully as we would build our own. We started with wardrobes and kitchens for neighbours, and their recommendations brought the next family, and the next.
Today we design and build complete residential and commercial interiors across Chennai — homes, offices and showrooms. We have travelled for clients too, with projects outside the city, including Bangalore and Hyderabad, and we are open to work anywhere in Tamil Nadu. The way we work has not changed. Our own carpenters do the work. We choose the ply, the laminate and the hardware ourselves. And we give you a date, in writing, that we intend to keep.
That is why we can offer what few others will: a flat 10-year warranty, and a promise to pay your rent if we take more than 45 days.

Hardware fails, laminates peel and shutters sag when corners are cut. We use branded ply and fittings, so we can cover all of our work — kitchens, wardrobes, every unit — for a full 10 years. One flat warranty, with no categories or exclusions to decode.

45 Days or We Pay Your Rent
Delays cost you real money: rent, EMIs, and weeks of your life on hold. Once your design is signed off, the clock starts. If your home is not ready in 45 days, we pay your rent until it is. We plan carefully because a late project costs us, not you.
